I purchased a 2013 Buick Lacrosse. I knew I wanted a new car but was not positive just what I was hunting. Kevin was very patient with me as we discussed different vehicles. He answered my questions satisfactorily and I never felt like I was being high-pressured to purchase. Since this was the first time for me to purchase a car, I faced it with some trepidation.
