I hade a wonderful experience with Mayse Auto Group. I've purchased just 2 new vehicles in my life, & the mountain of paperwork in need of signing was an eyeopener. Dan W. helped me with locating the truck I wanted remotely since I live out of state. And, Matt M. was the finance manager who helped me with arranging all my loan docs so it would fund on the big day. And walked me thru the purchase step by step, after I flew into town to purchase my new truck on a weekend. Matt was so great and patient with all my questions and concerns. What really made Matt shine was that a day or so after the purchase, I was bit confused about a couple of forms I had signed. Had I signed them properly since I'm registering my truck in another state. But even on follow-up calls after the purchase, Matt has been so helpful, guiding me thru the process. Also, special thanks to the GM Stan who personally followed-up with me to make sure I was totally at ease with all the purchase details and documents. The Mayse Group are truly fantastic. I really appreciate how patient and empathetic they were to my concerns. They really listened to why I was concerned, even though it proved to be no issue. Matt and Stan really made the entire experience so positive. I would certainly go back. Thank you Mayse.

I was sent here upon a recommendation from a friend, and my experience at Mayse was far superior to my experience in Springfield, MO. I was able to get my vehicle right in. Was met by a very nice service manager. He also helped me try to figure out a couple of items not related to the service. The cashier discounted my bill by 10% which was greatly appreciated ( Veteran ) all in all it was worth driving the 30 miles and will due it again

I must have caught them on a bad day because it took 5 hours to do two items and one was just spark plugs, thought it should have only taken a couple hours, everyone in the waiting room was not happy for wait time. My other complaint would be you can never call and talk to anyone, always goes to voice mail, and don’t get a call back. I was tempted to go back to where I used to go for repairs next time, I drive 30 minutes further to go to Mayes but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and use Mayes the next time. My car runs great now thou!

I didn't plan on buying the vehicle that I did. I went in for a Jeep, but I am so glad that it worked out the way that it did. After we looked at 4 Jeep Grand Cherokees... all 4 wouldn't start (brand new by the way) we went over to the GMC side. A salesman pulled up and made the rest of the experience wonderful. He showed us a few different cars that met what I needed.

Thad an excellent experience at this dealership. The only downside was with the financial people. They ran my hard credit report with another lender before I took the vehicle, which I had already pre-approved with GM. They played a stupid game, and I don't like that part. Otherwise, the sales manager is really good, and the dealership overall provides good customer service. Make sure if anyone is coming to buy a vehicle, they won't run your credit again and again, as it can have a big effect on your credit score.

Drews Setzer was great to work with!

I don't understand how programming a key fob and changing a tail light bulb cost $180 an hour for these 2 tasks (all I wanted) which should have only taken a few minutes.

They were very helpful with information I requested by texting before I decided to purchase a new vehicle

I've bought a LOT of cars and this is my 3rd new Silverado and, with the exception of the truck I bought during COVID (it was all done over email and they delivered the truck to my house) this was one of the smoothest car buying experiences. The only suggestion I would make is to have some snacks in the lobby.

We loved everyone who worked there. They were all super helped full and supportive.

Was pleased with the service, and the time it took. However, when asked if I wanted the engine air cleaner replaced after I was shown the current one, didn't realize the price would be $60.47, for an air cleaner. My previous service was $75.61, this one was $161.14, over double.

Taken vehicle in for lunging when put in gear, of course not covered under warranty, transmission had to be relearned. Took it to another dealer previously in July transmission lunging and transmission shudder. Again not covered. Why do you sell warranties that don’t cover obvious problems been told both times we have had issues. Why is not GMC standing behind vehicle when theses issues have been identified. Spent over $1000 out of pocket and no resolution.

I called ahead the day before to schedule an appointment to look at a new GMC Sierra 2500. When we arrived the vehicle had been parked up front for us and we were met by Eric Perryman. Eric worked with us through the entire process, which included driving three different trucks, and he was able to answer all of our questions regarding the vehicle and the financing process. I was impressed as well by Rooster who, on his first day at the dealership, worked through all the financing paperwork quickly and efficiently. The dealership facility is clean and comfortable.

Always good experience with techs. Did not appreciate a two hour + wait for an oil change. Either sit in a hard back chair for two hours or go to Walmart for two hours. Neither not a happy option.

Was able to work with Steve again and our experience was the best. We have purchased multiple cars from Steve and he always takes care of us. He makes everything extremely easy. Rooster took care of us on the finance piece and was great. Made sure everything went smooth and walked us through options and made sure our questions were answered.

The car went in for transmission flush and other maintenance issues. When I got the car home I noticed fluid running down the bumper and on the grill. I looked in the engine compartment and there was fluid on the cooling fan and down in the frame. I called Kenny in service and he was going to speak to the tech and get back with me. He called the next morning and said to bring car in they would detail it. I picked up the car in the afternoon and bought it home and noticed fluid on the cooling fan and down in the frame. The interior and exterior looked good. I spoke with Kenny and he said bring it back and look at it. I was disappointed that the car in twice and it was still dirty. I suggest better quality control before the car is released to the customer.
