Check engine light came on so I went to Mayse Auto and immediately the service writer went to work. Now this was 4:00PM on a Friday so I was prepared to leave my Z06 Corvette over the weekend. Monday AM I received a call that it was fixed and available for pickup. This is the standard positive experience I've always had with Mayse. I asked for a new inside air filter. Since I bought the car it smelled like mildew. They charged me $42 to install it. It took all of 5 min to replace. To me that is astronomical!! I will not come back agian for work or to buy another car. This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from you. Janet

Taken vehicle in for lunging when put in gear, of course not covered under warranty, transmission had to be relearned. Took it to another dealer previously in July transmission lunging and transmission shudder. Again not covered. Why do you sell warranties that don’t cover obvious problems been told both times we have had issues. Why is not GMC standing behind vehicle when theses issues have been identified. Spent over $1000 out of pocket and no resolution.

I called ahead the day before to schedule an appointment to look at a new GMC Sierra 2500. When we arrived the vehicle had been parked up front for us and we were met by Eric Perryman. Eric worked with us through the entire process, which included driving three different trucks, and he was able to answer all of our questions regarding the vehicle and the financing process. I was impressed as well by Rooster who, on his first day at the dealership, worked through all the financing paperwork quickly and efficiently. The dealership facility is clean and comfortable.

5 star treatment from sales to finance.

Always good experience with techs. Did not appreciate a two hour + wait for an oil change. Either sit in a hard back chair for two hours or go to Walmart for two hours. Neither not a happy option.

The car went in for transmission flush and other maintenance issues. When I got the car home I noticed fluid running down the bumper and on the grill. I looked in the engine compartment and there was fluid on the cooling fan and down in the frame. I called Kenny in service and he was going to speak to the tech and get back with me. He called the next morning and said to bring car in they would detail it. I picked up the car in the afternoon and bought it home and noticed fluid on the cooling fan and down in the frame. The interior and exterior looked good. I spoke with Kenny and he said bring it back and look at it. I was disappointed that the car in twice and it was still dirty. I suggest better quality control before the car is released to the customer.

They got us in and out in a hurry, and did a great job servicing our 25 Silverado.

Presented vehicle under warranty to service department with 2 issues. One was addressed. Service advisor stated the second issue could not be duplicated. When I went pick up the vehicle, the issue was still present and obvious. I videoed the issue and presented it to a second service advisor who decided to keep the vehicle. I sent an email to the original service advisor with a description of when and under what conditions the issue tends to occur. I also included the video in the email to provide evidence of the issue. The issue was later diagnosed as brake noise and, according to service report, addressed. When I picked up the vehicle today, the issue remains. I will continue to gather evidence and will have to schedule a third appointment in hope of getting the issue resolved. Have spent considerable time with no resolution thus far.

I took my 2026 GMC in for several things that was happening that made no sense, when I picked up the vehicle, I asked the receptionist if they found anything she said well I don’t know, I’ll have to look at your paper, she looked at the paperwork and said they didn’t find anything. My response was well, I hope it doesn’t happen again. Nobody from the shop came and talked to me or anything and unfortunately today one of the incidents happened again while I was driving, I recorded it this time, we are not happy customers!!!

There was no waiting. Our GMC Terrain was serviced and finished in about 35 minutes. The garage and waiting room were immaculate! Even cleaner than some hospital’s patients rooms and doctor’s waiting rooms. I did stop and tell a gentleman that before we left. We have always been treated wonderfully at Mayse and have purchased many cars there, our first in 1974 or ‘75. (You can probably check your records.)

Working with Finance is always my least favorite part of the process when purchasing a vehicle. They are always trying to upsell you on all of the warranties options. Again, the no pressure approach was great and I even ended up purchasing some extended warranty stuff.

The Quick Lube guys are the best. Always professional & courteous. I’ve been going there about 15 years and Mike always takes the time to explain what’s going on with my vehicle and to make recommendations. This allows me to prioritize my maintenance needs so I can budget accordingly.

I have lived in Nashville Tn. for nine years, and it is impossible to get a good deal on a new vehicle in this area. I spent a couple of months looking for a Chevy Colorado online and talked to many salespeople. Some were ok, some you could tell right off were rips. When I called Mayse Automotive I talked to Ehren Clark, and after just a few minutes, I could tell he was an honest guy. He emailed me a worksheet with the sticker price, the selling price, their administrative fee ($549), the rebates I qualified for, and my final price. There were no add-ons, no smoke and mirrors, just the actual price for the truck. So I told Ehren I wanted it and would be there on Monday morning, this was on Thursday. I asked if he wanted a deposit, and he said my word was enough. So my buddy and I drove 450 miles to Aurora Mo. to pick it up, there were no surprises, the truck was sitting inside with a full tank of gas ready to go. They are good, honest folks. People were fine and work was done, service just took way longer for an oil change and tire replacement than I would believe needed. Took truck in for flat tire and oil change. Oil change was fine except when I came home I had oil on the concrete floor the next morning, after looking at it, seems tech spilled some on skid plate and did not clean up at least no leaks. They had to order the tire and I returned another day to have it installed, called beforehand and they said they would have it mounted by the time I arrived, I arrived and 2.5 hrs later they finally put the tire on and then charged me for a tire sensor that was not needed. In the end I was credited that back so all good. No reason for over 2 hours to put a tire on sitting there ready to go when I arrived. Still will have my service done there, just hope they clean up their processes a bit.

The process overall was very good and positive. My trade in had to have some diagnostic and this was done at no cost to me. This allowed me to get the best deal. There was still some negotiation, but we work out the details. Steve did an excellent job in keeping me informed while working through the process. He had difficulty with the military discount because of the website but stayed with until we realized it was not going to work. The dealer made up the difference. This was only my second new vehicle purchase ever and Steve and Mayse made it easy.
